The Surrey Brass Quintet performs an innovative and entertaining programme of music spanning baroque to jazz.

Founded in August 2001, Surrey Brass aims to develop the fine tradition of ensemble brass performance originated by the famous Philip Jones Brass Ensemble by widening the audience for brass music, enlarging the repertoire, and providing enjoyment for everyone.

Surrey BrassFeaturing some of the best players in the county, Surrey Brass plays a wide, innovative and entertaining repertoire incorporating fresh influences from diverse musical sources including classical, jazz, film, and world music.

Surrey Brass are particularly keen to encourage young brass players, and every year they perform at least one concert involving them.

Door open at 7.00 pm and the concert is expected to finish by 9.30 pm.

How to book

Tickets are £12 each, which includes interval refreshments. Contact Sue on 07866 969147 or at suetrewhitt@blueyonder.co.uk before making any payment and let her know how you intend to pay. She will then agree how to get your tickets to you.

You can pay by online bank transfer (see our bank details), by cash, or by cheque (payable to Carshalton Methodist Church).

Tickets can also be purchased on the door.
